Quantum Days is organized by Deep Tech Canada, a non-profit aiming to make Canada a leader in addressing pressing global challenges through innovative collaboration. As the organizer of Quantum Days, Deep Tech Canada convenes the quantum community to share research, showcase industry applications, explore policy, and connect people and ideas that will shape the future of quantum technologies in Canada.

Quantum Days is guided by an Executive Steering Committee of leaders from across Canada’s quantum ecosystem. Learn more about the Executive Steering Committee.

If a registrant is unable to attend the event for any reason they may substitute, by arrangement with the event organizers, someone else to attend in their place. Where a registrant is unable to attend and cannot transfer their place to another person, then the cancellation timeline applies.   

• Cancellation by January 3, 2027 (45 days prior) – Refund of 75%* 
• Cancellation by January 18, 2027 (30 days prior) – Refund of 50%* 
• Cancellation after January 18, 2027 (29 days prior) – Refund of 0%   

 *Refunds will include the ticket price, less the processing fees (which consist of the payment processing fee and the service fee combined).   

For payments received by credit card, the same credit card will be refunded within 45 days.

Yes. Our registration platform allows you to add multiple attendees in one transaction. Simply select "Add another person" during registration to include additional participants and then pay the full amount at checkout.

Upon request, invitation letters will be provided to the authors and presenters of accepted posters, speakers, and to Quantum Days 2027 attendees who have completed their registration and payment process.

Letters of Invitation will be emailed as a PDF document.

It is your responsibility to get the Visa. Quantum Days organizers cannot contact or intervene with any Canadian Embassy or Consulate office abroad on your behalf so please begin your visa application process as soon as you determine that you want to attend the conference.  

All requests for a Letter of Invitation must be emailed to info@quantumdays.ca

No exceptions to this policy will be made.
