Poster Session

The Quantum Days 2027 Poster Session provides students, researchers, and other members of the quantum community with an opportunity to showcase their research, innovative ideas, projects, and startup concepts to a supportive audience of fellow students, researchers, mentors, and industry professionals.

Important Dates

  • January 8, 2027: Abstract submission deadline
  • January 15, 2027: Notification of acceptance
  • February 17-19, 2027: Conference dates

Late submissions will not be accepted.

Who Can Submit?

The poster session is open to all Quantum Days 2027 participants. Students, researchers, and other members of the quantum community are encouraged to submit an abstract.

Student Poster Competition

The poster competition is open exclusively to high school, undergraduate, and graduate students.
Top posters will be recognized and awarded on the third day of the conference.

Please note: You do not need to participate in the competition to present a poster. All eligible participants may submit an abstract for consideration for the poster session.

Submission Requirements

Your abstract should clearly describe your research, innovative idea, project, or startup concept.

The following information is required as part of the submission:

  • Title: Maximum 250 characters
  • Abstract Presenter: One presenter per abstract
  • Abstract: Maximum 2500 characters
  • Additional Authors: Provide the name and institution of each additional author
  • Abstract Category: Select at least one category for your abstract to be reviewed under:
    • Quantum Sensing
    • Quantum Communications and Networking
    • Quantum Materials and Chemistry
    • Post-Quantum Cryptography
    • Quantum Computing and Information
    • Quantum Foundations
    • Other

Selection Process

  • All submitted abstracts will be reviewed based on the information provided in the submission. Please ensure that your abstract and submission details are complete and accurate.
  • Selected presenters will be notified by email on a rolling basis, with all decisions communicated no later than January 15, 2027. Guidelines will be shared at this time.
  • Selected presenters will be invited to present their posters during the Poster Session and Networking Session on Thursday, February 18, 2027.

Registration Requirements

Submitting an abstract does not constitute conference registration.

If your abstract is accepted, at least one author must register for Quantum Days 2027 and complete their registration payment in order to present the poster and be included in the conference program.

Updating Your Abstract

You may edit your submission through your submission dashboard until the abstract submission deadline of January 8, 2027.

To make changes, sign in to your account using the email address and password associated with your submission. No changes will be possible after the submission deadline, once the review process has begun.
